I’m not so into mystery, or reading books after they were made into movies. That said, I have neither seen any of the movies, or fully accepted these stories as mysteries. Exciting and well thought out stories with well fleshed out characters. Very graphic at times, lots of decent shocks. Really solid description as well, makes for good action.
